Relatively cheap and tasty, Max's of Manila (or Max's Chicken for short) is a go to spot in Hawaii. The food is Filipino without being too exotic.
The chicken and fries is a classic, and to cool off on a hot day, the halo halo is a must eat.
Also give the Sago't Gulaman a try (it taste like Boba Tea/ Bubble Tea).
Plenty of parking next to Costco, this is a place for visitors and locals alike.
